Amazon lost my package, sent me new one, and now old club arrived...

What practice?

The items were supposed to be here Monday, but didn't arrive. It said information technology was delivered and signed by me, but never showed up.

Amazon made me look two days, and and so sent a new package which arrived today. I complained a little bit on their forums about the shipper (A1 Aircraft) and only now, I came dwelling house to find that another bundle was delivered by them with the same verbal stuff.

Nil expensive, a pair of Audio Technica ATH-30 headphones, and a two.99 BT dongle and $xi HDTV antenna, merely I don't desire to pay for 2 packages. lol

Anyone had a similar problem? How did Amazon handle it?

I'd say contact Amazon and see what they say.

Maybe they issue a return shipping characterization, or peradventure it makes more sense to but let you keep the club.

Sounds similar it's the shippers fault, non amazon.

I'd email/call and tell them, and due to the cost of the items I'd be shocked if they didn't tell you to simply go along it.

If you go into your Amazon business relationship, there should be a contact Amazon customer service link.

I think when you click on that, then cull e-post, options show upwardly for specific social club.

Might be easiest way to deal with issue, because presumably all gild details show up for csr.

Explain what happened with double shipment, and ask them how to proceed, specifically mentioning that you don't want to go charged twice for second order.

Same thing has happened to me twice and in both instances I was told to keep it. Bundle wasn't worth more than $40 so not worth it for them to deal with I guess. In both cases the aircraft company listed every bit delivered and signed for when no such thing happened.

Last one was a few years agone and at the time I wasn't made to wait but maybe that's why you had to look this time since it is a common occurrence.

I just got off the phone with them and they offered to pick information technology upward, or I tin mail it to them. I didn't become lucky, simply because my lodge is close to ~$70 it was a good gamble they'd follow up on it anyway.

Going to mail information technology dorsum to them tomorrow.

Going to postal service it back to them tomorrow.

If you sent someone a bundle, and it got lost, you lot went up and across to ship another......and the person received both, would you want it dorsum?

I received a double shipment from Amazon once when the original two-day commitment was not met then they sent out another. When they both showed up, I contacted Amazon for a return tag for one and they told me to keep both of them. Information technology was nigh a ~$50 society IIRC.

I'd just go along it, they fcked up and my time is valuable. Why should you take time out of your twenty-four hours to prepare their fck up? If they did their job correct, this wouldn't have happened anyhow. Information technology's not worth the hassle for 20 bucks.
